BODYpow LIVE! is an online stream of BODYpow classes. They are made available in realtime and on a recorded basis. You should be able to view on any device and stream to larger screens using Chromecast, Apple TV, ROKU, or other Internet TV devices.
These classes are all I do to condition, 5 times-a-week. This amounts to roughly 2.5 hours of hard effort and about 90 to 120 minutes of active stretching and stability work weekly. Every class is an all-body workout with 10-15 minutes of progressive specialization that plays out over 5-6 week cycles.
All BODYpow classes are included in addition to bonus "Pow Now" pop-up classes.
